Seven years of hauling furniture up switchback driveways for a regional van line taught Wade Hutchins one thing: crews without Denver experience guess wrong on timing. He opened Epic in 2015 to fix that, starting with a single truck and a promise to write the price down before anyone touches a box.
Standard on every Epic job
- Renee reviews your rooms in person or from submitted photos and issues one flat number
- Blankets go around each piece the instant it’s lifted, not somewhere down the hallway
- Cole checks I-25 and 6th Avenue conditions before your arrival window gets set
- Beds, tables, and cribs are broken down beforehand and reassembled at the new place
- Door frames and stairwells get padding at pickup and again at drop-off
A typical move day
- Two confirmations Bethany calls the evening before and again the morning of, whether the address sits on a Highland side street or inside a Highlands Ranch gated section.
- Wrap before you walk Everything is padded inside the room where it started, and heavy furniture is tagged for its new spot right away.
- Moving through the metro Traffic gets planned around ahead of time, so a typical three-bedroom job wraps well before evening.
- Setting up the new place Furniture goes exactly where you point, frames go back together, and boxes cluster by the room marked on the label.
Terrain surcharges don’t exist here
A steep RiNo alley or a Highlands Ranch HOA gate code gets weighed into your number at the walkthrough, not discovered mid-move. Box wrapping bills separately — check packing services for that rate.
Denver local pricing
Two crew sizes cover most household moves: a 2-person team at $119/hr suits studios and one-bedrooms, a 3-person team at $159/hr fits a typical two-bedroom, and a 4-person team at $205/hr handles anything three bedrooms and up.
| Home size | Flat total |

| 2 bedrooms | $1,070 – $1,730 |
